We're back with Michael Tripp, Ventura County's Harbor Director, to delve deeper into the transformative projects shaping the future of Channel Islands Harbor. In this episode, Michael walks us through the exciting developments that promise to make the harbor more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Just inland of Mandalay Beach, the residential community of Mandalay Bay Oxnard and its 7 miles of waterways, present a home-buyers paradise with serene neighborhoods adjacent to all the excitement the surrounding areas have to offer.  The assortment of attached townhouses and detached single family homes give buyers options for their investment, and range greatly in price. These homes, built in the 1970’s-1980’s, are anywhere from 1300-5000 square feet, some of which feature private boat docks, ranging from 35-150 feet.  This exclusivity contributes to the feeling of an exclusive resort community, as do the numerous landscaped greenbelts within the neighborhoods.  The variety in real estate offering, combined with the vibrant surrounding harbors and beaches, make this not only a great place to call home, but a great lifestyle to live.
